This is not an exit.

Hmmmm

Decisions, decisions….An essay or some programming? Hmmmm. I fear I may come unstuck on the latter and lose marks partway through. I shall see…

Anyway, the assignment from hell (that’s M206 TMA03 fact fans) is done. I hated it and messed it up terribly but at least it’s done. Urgh.

Ha, there was a power-cut at work yesterday, knocking out all of the main Surrey Street buildings and causing everyone to be evacuated from my hideous building and the one next to us. Bizarrely the other buildings still had emergency power but we didn’t. We’re special. Mohh. I was supposed to be assisting in running a Terminal Supervisor course out at Norvic House (that’s the ugly blue thing on Chapelfield road) but due to the chaos it got postponed. So instead I had to go meet the trainees then drag them off to the NU car park and back to the city again. I then had to go back again an hour later. This time I left them to shop and went along with Chris (Harris). Once there they told us to go back to the offices but we weren’t supposed to log on. Thanks NU, that’s really helpful! I did anyway of course. Yes, fight the power. Anyway, the course was eventually declared a wash out so we did it today instead. It was weird but good. Like Admiral Ackbar. Jamie (my boss) did most of it and I chipped in and did a couple of bits myself which was quite strange. Were I to do it again (and if it runs again it’ll be me running it on my own) I’d need to go over it in whole I think which probably means reading it all out to Boo and seeing if she understands it. Sorry Boo!

And now I must rest. I bid those reading a good night.
