Worded Wonders

This is not an exit.

So This Is Christmas

And what have we done?

Christmas has been and gone and the sales have started. It seems that every year Christmas starts earlier but seems to go by in a flash. This is probably because I’m getting old.

These things have happened:

We went to my parents for Christmas itself and took Bee to the Topcroft Christingle service where she was an absolute star, she didn’t grumble once and even tried to sing along to the carols. It was lovely.

Bee had her very first Christmas and true to stereotype liked the boxes more than the toys. She got lots of nice outfits and toys and has been brilliant throughout.

We had two roasts, one at my parents and one at my grandparents, both of which were delicious.

We’re currently in Aylesbury and I’m all on my ownsome as everyone’s gone to go get Sam from the airport who is flying in this very evening.

We got lots of lovely presents (of course) but I won’t list them all as there’s far too many to list.

Still to come:

Family meal tomorrow and yet more presents for Bee.

Trips out to places with Sam

Returning to Norwich with Sam

Going back to work (boo!)

I’m tired hence the brevity of this update. I’ll probably go to bed soon (I know, I know)
