Once more we have ventured to the jewel in the sunny North Norfolk coast that is Cromer. Hyperbole? Never!
So, Cromer. We arrived a little after 12 and promptly headed straight to the beach to get Bee and ourselves fed and enjoyed our tatsy picnic of sandwiches, chips, crisps and squash. The highlight of which was Bee running around with her het and bib on, grabbing handfuls of sand whilst munching on sweetcorn being fed to her by Chloe. She’s an odd one. After we’d eaten Bee and I ventured to the sea. Last time we took her anywhere near the sea she got very scared and ran away from it. This time though she seemed fearless. She kept grabbing handfuls of wet sand then throing it at the ground whilst running towards the waves. The most amusement came when after running into the oncoming wave, she turned round to look at me and Chloe and then promptly fell onto her bottom as the waves receded leaving her rather wet. She didn’t care though and got straight back up, continuing to run around throwing sand like a loon.
Here she is, probably thinking about how she can get yet more handfuls of sand and run into the sea yet again:
